Ben Franklin Technology Partners
Provide entrepreneurial support and financial assistance to technology firms and early-stage companies for product and process development and technology commercialization.

Center for eBusiness and Advanced Information Technology (eBIZ IT PA)
Provides a Web-based supply chain portal and training, research findings on e-business, and promotion of e-business and advanced information technology.

Electrotechnology Applications Center (ETAC)
Helps manufacturers implement electric drying and curing technologies that increase production, improve energy efficiency, and reduce the environmental impact on their manufacturing processes.

Industrial Resource Centers (IRCs)
Provide technical and financial assistance to small- and medium-sized manufacturers for projects to implement best technologies and management practices.

Assists plastics-related companies with product and process design and development.

Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs)
Assist businesses in marketing their products and services to local, state, and federal governments.

Team Pennsylvania
A public-private partnership to bring business, government, and community and economic development leaders together to serve as a catalyst for retaining and creating jobs.

U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA)
Helps create and retain jobs and stimulate industrial and commercial growth in economically distressed areas of the United States.

Yellowcakes
Promotes start-up technology companies in central Pennsylvania by providing high visibility and access to key business data, and by acting as a conduit for economic development organizations and investors.
