Garry Miller is a Technology Transfer & Commercialization Specialist with PennTAP. He provides assistance in helping Pennsylvania businesses assess, license or commercialize technologies.
Garry has over 25 years experience in the industrial business arena, with a fortune 100 company, including domestic and international assignments in Research & Development, Marketing and Management. Additionally, he has managed a business consulting company providing operational guidance, strategic and tactical planning support for small and mid-sized businesses. He has provided technical and marketing support for organizations in North America, Europe and throughout the Asian Rim.
He has a BS from the University of Delaware and is pursuing a graduate degree from Penn State University. Expertise in gated, new product development and project management processes is integrated into PennTAP projects. Garry has also provided assistance to the National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA) in the areas of technology infusion and transfer of intellectual property.
